EREDI BOSCARO S.R.L. is committed to making its website hotelboston.net accessible to all users, including individuals with temporary or permanent disabilities, in compliance with Italian Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004, EU Directive 2016/2102, and European Standard EN 301 549 (WCAG 2.1 Level AA).
Our goal is to ensure an inclusive digital experience, enabling all visitors to access information and services independently, transparently, and effectively.
2. Compliance Status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Level AA) due to the non-compliances and third-party exemptions listed below.
3. Non-Accessible Content
The content listed below is temporarily or partially non-accessible for the following reasons:
a) Non-compliance with relevant accessibility standards
Interface components and dynamic carousels: Certain advanced graphical components (such as image carousels or complex layout structures) may feature nesting or ARIA hierarchy attributes that are not fully recognized by screen readers.
Icon-only buttons: Some interactive elements represented solely by graphic icons may require further text label optimization for screen reader navigation.
b) Disproportionate Burden / Third-Party Content (Exemptions)
Third-Party Video Players (YouTube): Embedded videos managed via external Google/YouTube scripts generate asynchronous code that cannot be directly controlled or modified by the website owner. These elements may contain ARIA attributes that are not fully validated or present keyboard focus navigation limitations.
External maps and integrated services: Certain third-party interactive components integrated for additional functionality may not fully meet all WCAG accessibility criteria.
4. Accessibility Support Tools
To support user navigation, the website integrates the OneTap accessibility toolbar, which allows users to customize their browsing experience through:
Adjustable text sizes and color contrast options.
Visual highlighting of links, buttons, and text.
Full keyboard navigation assistance (Quick shortcut: Alt + . on Windows or ⌘ + . on Mac).
Note: These assistive tools and overlays complement but do not replace native source code compliance, which the website administrator actively maintains through regular updates and optimizations.
5. Statement Preparation
This statement was prepared and updated on July 22, 2026.
The evaluation was conducted via self-assessment by the organization using automated evaluation tools (such as axe DevTools and WAVE) alongside manual usability and keyboard navigation testing.
